Structural Composition


  • Main Body: Usually made of high-strength wear-resistant materials, such as wear-resistant cast iron, alloy steel or engineering plastics. It is generally in the shape of a block or sheet, with a certain thickness and size to ensure sufficient strength and stability to withstand various forces during the operation of the ribbon loom.
  • Sliding Components: On the surface or edge of the slider, special sliding elements such as slide bearings, rollers or sliding plates are installed. The function of these sliding elements is to reduce the friction between the slider and other components, enabling the slider to slide smoothly on specific tracks or planes. Slide bearings are generally made of self-lubricating materials and can work for a long time without additional lubrication. Rollers are usually made of high-strength rubber or plastic, with good elasticity and wear resistance. Sliding plates are generally specially treated metal plates with a smooth surface and a low coefficient of friction.
  • Connection Components: The slider is equipped with various connection holes, grooves or protrusions for connection with other components of the ribbon loom. These connection components can be firmly connected to the relevant components of the ribbon loom through connectors such as bolts, nuts or pins, ensuring the accurate relative position between the slider and other components and reliable transmission of motion and force.
