  • Fixing the Bobbin: It can firmly install the bobbin wound with warp yarns on the ribbon weaving machine, ensuring that the bobbin does not wobble or shift during the ribbon weaving process. It provides stable support for the unwinding of warp yarns.
  • Cooperating with Yarn Feeding: It works together with the driving device and tension control system of the ribbon weaving machine. According to the speed and tension requirements of the ribbon weaving, it precisely controls the rotation speed of the bobbin and the amount of yarn fed. This ensures the even and stable feeding of warp yarns, thereby improving the quality and stability of the ribbon.

  • Main Frame: Usually made of metal materials such as steel or aluminum alloy, it has high strength and rigidity.   • Bearing Device: Installed between the main frame and the bobbin, it plays a role in reducing friction and rotation resistance, enabling the bobbin to rotate smoothly. The bearings usually use high-precision rolling bearings or sliding bearings, which have good wear resistance and lubricity. They can maintain stable performance under high-speed rotation and long-term operation.
  • Tension Adjustment Mechanism: It is used to adjust the tension of the warp yarns and ensure the stability of the warp yarn tension during the ribbon weaving process. Common tension adjustment mechanisms include spring type, weight type and electromagnetic type. The spring type tension adjustment mechanism adjusts the warp yarn tension through the elastic force of the spring; the weight type tension adjustment mechanism changes the warp yarn tension by increasing or decreasing the weight of the weights; the electromagnetic type tension adjustment mechanism uses electromagnetic force to control the tension, which has the advantages of high adjustment accuracy and fast response speed.
