Structure

  • Shaft Body:Usually made of high-strength metal materials such as high-quality carbon steel or alloy steel, it has sufficient strength and rigidity to withstand the tension and torque during the yarn feeding process. The surface of the shaft body is precisely processed to ensure good contact and smooth operation with the yarn and other components.
  • Yarn Winding Device:This is the part of the yarn feeding shaft used to wind the yarn, generally including structures such as a winding disc or a winding bobbin. The winding disc usually has a specific shape and size to adapt to different types and specifications of yarns. Its surface is smooth to reduce the friction and damage of the yarn during the winding and feeding process.
  • Drive Connection Components:Located at one or both ends of the yarn feeding shaft, they are used to connect with the drive system of the ribbon weaving machine. Common ones include gears, sprockets or couplings. Through these components, the yarn feeding shaft can obtain power from the power source of the ribbon weaving machine to achieve rotational motion, thereby feeding the yarn to the weaving area at the set speed and tension.
  • Tension Adjustment Device:To ensure the stable tension of the yarn during the feeding process, the yarn feeding shaft is usually equipped with a tension adjustment device. Common ones include tension springs, tension washers or tension sensors. These devices can automatically or manually adjust the rotation speed of the yarn feeding shaft or the winding state of the yarn according to the tension change of the yarn, ensuring that the yarn enters the weaving process at an appropriate tension.
